Days in the north of the Big Island

We stayed a week at the cottage. Really a neat place. Like living in the 1940"s. Funiture very old Hawaii, We spent our time sightseeing, reading driving all around the top part of the island. We also ate a lot as the fruit was plentiful. Drove about 7 miles to the beautiful Waipio Valley lookout. Breathtaking views of the valley, clifts, and the ocean. Eddie also played a round of golf at the Waipio Country Club and I drove the cart. Had 5 climate changes in the time it took him  to play,. Started out sun, went to heavy fog, mist, rain, wind and back to sun. He had a pretty good round considering the weather changes.Ate in a nice little resturant in Waipio that served great pizza and everything else. Had a huge, delicious pizza. We have also had great Thai food.
